ChatPC-4 is a dynamic display augmentative communication device using a ruggedised, industrial computer (PocketPC PDA) covered by a rubberized casing, providing additional protection against bumps and drops- available in black or blue. They are intended for individuals with existing or emerging literacy skills. Offering text and symbol-based, dynamic-screen communication with both synthesized and digitized speech output with a brilliant colour dynamic display.
