The Floor Sensor Alarm 2 is based on our NEW larger (91cm x 61cm) PVC Floor Sensor Mat. The outer cover is made of durable PVC and the inside material includes a Carbon and Silver Lining that is more durable than the thin foil used in many other sensor mats. The Sensor Mat is normally placed on the floor beside the bed, in front of a chair or in a door way as required.
Standing on the Sensor Mat will trigger an alarm that alerts the carer. The Floor Sensor Mat Alarm can be plugged in to one of the following alert devices:

• Floor Sensor Mat Alarm - Pager, alert sent to a portable Pager.
• Floor Sensor Mat Alarm - Nurse Call, Supplied with a Suitable Interface, it Connects to an existing Nurse Call System

Floor Sensor Mats to suit Nurse Call Systems

Supplied with an appropriate adaptor, the Floor Sensor Mat, can be plugged directly into many nurse call systems. In some cases we can supply a double adaptor that allows the nurse call pendant to plug in as well. Either pressing the call button or standing on the Mat will trigger the nurse call alert.

Floor Sensor Mat Alarm Kit to suit Call Systems with simple Mono Plug:

FMA2 Floor Sensor Kit to suit Nurse Call Systems.
This kit includes an adaptor to suit the the Sensor Mat as well as a double adaptor lead to plug in both your Floor Sensor and your patient's Call Bell button. The 6mm mono plug suits most but not all call systems - other options are available, please contact Technical Solutions for advice.
