The Hospital call interface is designed to work with older call systems
in hospitals and nursing homes.
The Nurse Call Interface is designed to work with
newer systems.
Many Hospital call systems cannot be managed by people with disabilities. We can add alternative access methods to existing call buttons, or fit sensitive electronic replacements.
Technical Solutions Hospital Call Interface is a general purpose adaptor allows a range of light pressure switches to be used with older style hospital and nursing home call systems. The interface simulates the action of traditional mechanical nurse call switches.
The interface will operate up to 6 independent lamp/enunciators, as well as a buzzer circuit. A built in buzzer can also be fitted which means the interface can be used as a stand alone buzzer. An intention delay helps avoid false alarms caused by brief bumps on the call switch.
When activated, the buzzer will sound - while the switch is pressed - and the interface will turn on the enunciator lamps. The lamps will stay on until the interface is reset.
