Naught's and Crosses

The Electronic Naught's and Crosses is a bright, animated electronic version of the traditional Naught's and Crosses game.

Each segment is approximately 120mm square, and will display a bright O or X when activated. The segments are fitted with sophisticated electronic touch sensors that require only an extremely light touch to activate.
As each player takes his/her turn, the display will automatically illuminate to show the O or X . When someone wins, the display will produce an animated display and sound effects.
During a period of no game, the panel will display an 'animated' sequence.

How To Play

Two players can play by taking turns or one player can play against the 'board'.
Start by pressing one of the middle horizontal row cells to choose the style of game as follows:
• "SINGLE PLAYER SECOND" - Press Left cell
This starts a single player game against the board, with the board making the first move.
• "SINGLE PLAYER FIRST" - Press Middle cell:
This starts a single player game against the board, with the player making the first move.
• "2 PLAYER GAME" - Press Right cell:
This starts a game where two people take turns, playing against each other.

Sensitivity Adjustments

The internal processor automatically calibrates the sensitivity of each of the electronic touch sensors to compensate for environmental electrostatic conditions each time the unit is powered up. Re-calibration also occurs if the unit is left unattended for about 2 minutes after a game is started - the panel will then display its 'animated' sequence.
