With Countdown Timer

Push "Start/Stop" button to start the timer. It will now count down the time that has been set in memory. At the end of the countdown it will beep for up to 60 seconds. Press the "Start/Stop" button to stop the beeping. The timer will re-start automatically. Take your medication. After your last medication in the evening press the "Start/Stop" button to stop the timer, leave the timer off over night then press the "Start/Stop" button the next morning to restart.
