Sensa Switch - Super Sensitive!

The new Sensa Switch combines all the functions of both a touch switch and a twitch (piezo) switch.

The extremely sensitive touch switch function can be accessed by the built in aluminium plate or by plugging in the touch lead with alligator clip supplied - small metal objects can be clipped on and used as the touch surface.

The Sensa Switch provides latching (press once for on, press again for off), as well as an instant/timer mode. The adjustable response period of the instant/timer mode gives a preset 'on' time, even if the user only strikes the switch briefly. This mode is particularly helpful when establishing a cause and effect understanding, and for giving a longer 'reward' period for people who cannot maintain constant pressure on a switch.

Twitch Switch

The Twitch Switch is activated by small muscle movement, such as wrinkling the forehead, and can be adjusted to increase or decrease the amount of muscle movement needed to easily activate it. Using the non-irritating tape provided, the sensor is attached to the forehead, arm or other part of the body. (Used by non-plastic people with hair also...) The Twitch Switch operates in three modes:
Latching: One movement for on, and a second movement for off
Momentary: A short pulse - similar to briefly pressing a switch
Timer: An adjustable length pulse. 2 to 40 seconds.
